Refund & Cancellation Policy

RedStream Consulting LLC (a Wyoming limited liability company) operates the brands TeamAir.Life, AIMA Accelerator, and Edward Air (“RedStream,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We stand behind the quality of all of our digital products and services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through our websites, including www.teamair.life and related pages.

1) 2-Year Money-Back Guarantee (Low-Ticket Products)

We proudly offer a two-year, no-questions-asked, 100% money-back guarantee on all low-ticket digital purchases under $500 USD. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied within two (2) years of your purchase date, simply contact our support team and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

• No forms, proof, or explanations are required.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval.
• This guarantee applies to digital courses, templates, and self-serve programs designated as “low-ticket.”

2) High-Ticket & Custom Programs

Purchases over $500 USD, including coaching, consulting, or done-with-you/done-for-you services, are final and non-refundable once access, onboarding, or service delivery begins. These programs involve reserved delivery capacity, intellectual property access, and immediate resource allocation.

3) Subscription Products & Recurring Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled.
• You may cancel future renewals anytime by emailing [email protected] or using any cancellation link provided at checkout.
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund previous charges.
• Removing or changing your payment method does not cancel your subscription.
• After cancellation, access typically continues through the end of the current billing cycle.

4) Refund Eligibility & Processing

• Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
• Refunds requested after the two-year guarantee period are not eligible.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed before contacting us may delay resolution.

5) Cancellations by RedStream

We reserve the right to cancel or terminate access to any product or service that violates our Terms & Conditions, misuse of platform privileges, or fraudulent activity. In such cases, any applicable refund will be at our discretion.
